Shopping Process Example

Step 1:
Find the product you like and click the "Add to Cart" button. You can add multiple items at once.

Step 2:
After selecting all items, click the cart icon in the upper-right corner. In the “Order Summary” popup, choose your preferred payment and delivery methods. The system will calculate the total automatically. Then click “Next.”

Step 3:
In the “Checkout” section, fill in the buyer and recipient information. You may log in or register as a member. (If already a member, simply enter your account info and click “Login.”) Then click “Proceed to Payment.”

Step 4:
Click “Proceed to Payment” to be redirected to the ECPay secure payment system. Once payment is successfully completed, the order is confirmed and the shipping process will begin.


Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Convenience Store Cash-on-Delivery

  • Online Credit Card Payment

If you choose bank transfer, please complete the payment within 2 days. If payment is not received within this period or cannot be matched, we will contact you. If we are unable to reach you within 5 days, the order will be automatically canceled.


Shipping Fees

Standard shipping fees apply to most orders. For oversized or overweight items exceeding convenience store logistics limits, additional shipping charges may apply. We will contact you for details if needed.

  • Convenience Store Pickup: NT$60

  • Registered Mail (Post Office): NT$80

  • Home Delivery: NT$120

  • For outlying islands (Kinmen, Penghu), separate shipping fees apply. 7-11 store pickup is available for these regions.


Shipping Time

If you choose bank transfer, please complete payment within 2 days. The payment date will be used to confirm your order.

Once the order is confirmed, and if items are in stock, your order will be shipped within 1–5 business days.

Shipping time:

  • Convenience Store or Postal Delivery: approx. 2–3 business days

  • Total delivery time: approx. 3–7 business days after order confirmation

For urgent orders, please leave a note—we will prioritize processing. For express delivery, please contact us directly so we can arrange courier shipping.
If you have special requests, please include them in the “Order Notes” section.


Out-of-Stock Notice

Online inventory includes stock from our physical stores. Due to timing differences between in-store purchases and system updates, there may be rare cases where an item appears available but is out of stock. We apologize for the inconvenience.

If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible and reserve the item for you once it is restocked. Please keep an eye on your email or phone for updates.

In cases where multiple customers place an order for the same item and quantities are limited, orders will be processed based on payment completion time. If payment times are identical, the order placement time will determine priority.


Order Cancellation

To maintain system efficiency, if we are unable to confirm your order due to special circumstances (including any of the conditions stated above), and we are unable to contact you within 15 days, your order will be automatically canceled. You are welcome to place a new order at any time.


Return & Exchange Policy

If you believe the product you received needs to be returned or exchanged, you may contact us via our Facebook page or LINE.

Please provide the reason for return. Once confirmed that the product is defective, we will arrange a replacement.

If you contact us within seven days of receiving the product, and the packaging is unopened and the item unused, we will assist you in returning the product via convenience store return or postal mail.

We are happy to provide return/exchange service, but unreasonable requests may be declined, and such customers may be added to a purchase blacklist.

In cases involving special conditions, promotional items, or products clearly marked as non-returnable, we regret that returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in order to protect the rights of all our customers.
