If you believe the product you purchased requires a return or exchange, feel free to contact us via phone, email, or LINE customer service. Please explain the reason for the return or exchange. If the product is confirmed to be defective, we will arrange a replacement for you.

If you wish to return a product within seven days of receiving it, and the packaging is unopened and the item unused, please contact us. We will assist you in returning the product via convenience store return service or postal delivery.
