Om: According to the Vedas, Om (in Sanskrit: ॐ) is considered the first sound of the universe—a sacred syllable in Indian culture.
Om is often translated as "the ultimate praise" or "the absolute." In the Upanishads, this sound is imbued with profound philosophical and theological meanings.
It represents the highest principle in Indian philosophical systems—Brahman, the supreme self or universal soul. Om shares the same metaphysical depth as Brahman, encompassing both the experiential and the transcendental realms.
All beings in this world and divine entities in the beyond reside within this sacred sound:
“Om is everything in this world.”

Qi: Qi (pronounced "chee") is an invisible energy that flows throughout the universe and Earth. It is the fundamental element that forms all things in existence, with characteristics similar to flowing air or gas.
Qi is the vital life force or energy that animates all living beings and drives all changes in the universe.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qi is considered the body’s first line of defense. It gathers within the body to protect the internal organs, and disperses across the skin’s surface to guard against external pathogens that could cause illness.
